You’ve just made a great business decision by improving your practice with DentalForms! Before you get started, we want to let you know what to expect.
Installing DentalForms is not a quick download, it’s an onboarding process. This service is included in your first month’s subscription. The onboarding process takes one to three weeks depending on your custom forms needs, schedule, and size of your business.
Successfully using DentalForms requires a commitment from both your business and ours to give our best. As a practitioner you understand that only so much can be done without the patient’s commitment and cooperation. Someone in your office will need to be the DentalForms champion and your team should plan on giving DentalForms 90 days of their best to have a strong start. DentalForms subscriptions are a 12-month term, but if things are not working out after everyone’s given their best for 90 days, we’ll release you from the remainder of our agreement.

You’ll get a welcome email confirming your purchase and outlining the next steps to get DentalForms successfully running in your practice.
Within a business day you’ll get a phone call from your DentalForms Account Manager to make introductions and schedule your onboarding interview.
At your onboarding interview we’ll guide you through our pre-install questionnaire and schedule an install date.
Once everything is ready to go, we’ll install DentalForms at your practice and train your staff on how to use DentalForms.
Your account manager will follow up with you at a scheduled weekly time until DentalForms is integrating well with your practice.
After the first 90 days of using DentalForms you should be experiencing the benefits of increased patient satisfaction, improved office efficiency, and increased case acceptance.
