Welcome Email – You’ll get a welcome email confirming your purchase and outlining the next steps to get DentalForms successfully running in your practice.
Welcome Call – Within a business day you’ll get a phone call from your DentalForms Account Manager to make introductions and schedule your onboarding interview.
Onboarding Interview – At your onboarding interview we’ll guide you through our pre-install questionnaire and schedule an install date.
Install – Once everything is ready to go, we’ll install DentalForms at your practice and train your staff on how to use DentalForms.
Follow-up – Your account manager will follow up with you at a scheduled weekly time until DentalForms is integrating well with your practice.
After the first 90 days of using DentalForms you should be experiencing the benefits of increased patient satisfaction, improved office efficiency, and increased case acceptance.
